NewsReader Online Pricing Guide

Up to 5 editions of any individual publication per month are included at the following rates

For greater frequency or daily publication add $10 per edition monthly. Rates are based on the following (averaging) page count. A minumum one year contract is required.
All online subscriptions are processed by NRO (NewsReader Online) less 15% subscription fee and reconciled at EOM less your contractual processing fees.

One Time Setup Fee: from $295 (depending on complexity)

Subscription Based System:
0 - 30 pgs > $35 /month + 15% signup/renewal
31 - 60 pgs > $55 /month + 15% signup/renewal
61 - 90 pgs > $75 /month + 15% signup/renewal
91 + pgs > $95 /month + 15% signup/renewal

Non-Subscription Based System:
0 - 30 pgs > $49.95 /month
31 - 60 pgs > $69.95 /month
61 - 90 pgs > $89.95 /month
91 + pgs > $119.95 /month

Hosting Fee per month:
0 - 100Mb = $0
101 - 500Mb = $5
501 - 1Gb = $10
1.1Gb - 20Gb = $20
21Gb - 50GB = $30
51Gb - 100GB
Over 100,000 custom rate dedicated server

Bandwith per month:
0-500 hits = $0
501 - 2000 = $5
2001 - 5,000 = $10
5001 - 10,000 = $20
10,000 - 30,000 = $30
30,001 - 50,000 = $40
50,001 - 100,000 = $50
Over 100,000 custom rate dedicated server
Video file views based on volume, size, hits, subject to additional costs

Customization
Customization Description: (adding Flash components or Audio/Video clips)
- Flash front ends, ads, or any kind of component Flash additions
- Audio/Video additions
- Linkable banners
- Layout changes, additions
- This can not be embedded into the PDF, Flash and/or Audio/video has to manually placed by us

Customization Rates:
- Basic Flash Insertion (using our guideline) - $95 per insertion
- Flash Audio/Video (using our guideline) - $145 per insertion
- Conversion of Raw Original Files (AVI, WMV or MOV format) - $225 plus per insertion
- Minimum charge per project: $195
- Custom work for basic Flash ads, conversion or audio/video $145 per hour.
- Training $145 per hour

Customization Guidelines:
- Prices based on 5 minute video, larger video files require quote.
- Includes conversion, coding, XML setup and placement.
- Where guidelines are not strictly adhered to, additional charges will apply.
- Two business day turnaround for Basic Flash Video, longer for Raw Original files.
